Mr. Fugate is a retired U.S. Marine and has 21 years of Military experience, Twelve years as a U.S. Marine and nine years Special Operations. Twelve combat tours with seven as Special Operations in combat operations in Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan. Mr. Fugate has served as a police officer in California and Utah. He has also been a Task Force Officer for the FBI Joint Terrorism Taskforce.

Instructor

Mr. Steve Lagowski is a retired Chief Warrant Officer from the U.S. Army with 27+ years of service, 18 of which were in Special Operations. He has Special Forces experience as an Operational Detachment Commander, Assistant Detachment Commander, Operations Sergeant, and Communications Sergeant.

His combat experience and deployments include Afghanistan, Iraq, and Trans-Sahara/East Africa. He has experience working across five geographic combatant commands and theaters, and joint-level experience at three Theater Special Operations Commands.

He has synchronized and executed operations with US and Allied special operations units, US and International Agencies, and US Law Enforcement Agencies to counter insurgent cells and global threat networks.

Multiple decorations include Bronze Star Medals (Valor and Service), Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation, US DoS Meritorious Honor Award, Army Valorous Unit Citation, Meritorious Unit Commendation and Army Superior Unit Awards.

Instructor

Mr. Brandon Arthur has 10 years military experience in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army. During this period, he deployed several times in both a combat arms and protective services capacity.

Mr. Arthur has recently served as a police officer in Utah during which time he also served as a Task Force Officer for the Metropolitan Gang Unit. Mr. Arthur also served on the West Valley City Police SWAT team as both a sniper and rifleman.

In addition to our Primary Instructors (PI), we frequently utilize our contacts throughout the Special Operations and Law Enforcement Special Response Team communities to advise as Adjunct Instructors (AI).

These AIs have specialized backgrounds in areas of instruction, including: Reconnaissance, Scout/Sniper Operations, Applied Long Range Ballistics, Military/Law Enforcement Direct Action Operations, Breaching Specialties, and other areas.

We draw on subject matter experts to further our own knowledge, and transfer that knowledge to our students/clients.
